These SMS Terms & Conditions ("SMS Terms") govern your participation in the Elite Sales Force LLC ("Elite Sales Force," "we," "us," or "our") text messaging program. By providing your mobile phone number and consenting to receive text messages from us, you agree to these SMS Terms in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Program Description
Elite Sales Force operates a transactional and conversational text messaging program for prospects, leads, and clients. The program is used to communicate about sales inquiries, scheduled meetings, account activity, and service updates. Messages are sent from a 10-digit U.S. long code or short code.
2. Opt-In and Consent
You may opt in to receive text messages from Elite Sales Force in any of the following ways:
- By submitting your phone number through a form on our website (including booking forms, contact forms, or scheduling tools)
- By providing your phone number during a sales conversation, demo, or discovery call
- By providing your phone number to a member of the Elite Sales Force team as part of an active engagement
- By replying START, YES, or UNSTOP to a previous message after opting out
By opting in, you confirm that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number provided, and that you are authorized to consent to receive text messages at that number. Consent is not a condition of purchase of any goods or services.

Message frequency varies based on the stage of your inquiry, engagement, or active service relationship. You may receive multiple messages in a single day during active conversations (such as scheduling), and weeks may pass without any messages at other times.
5. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply, based on your mobile carrier plan. Elite Sales Force does not charge any fee for participating in our text messaging program, but standard rates from your carrier may apply. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.
6. How to Opt Out (STOP)
You can opt out of our text messaging program at any time, free of charge, by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You may also use any of the following keywords to opt out: STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT.
After you opt out, you will receive a single confirmation message acknowledging that you have been unsubscribed. We will send no further text messages to that number unless you choose to opt back in.

8. Supported Carriers
Our text messaging program is supported by all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, Cricket Wireless, MetroPCS, Google Fi, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
9. Privacy & Sharing of Mobile Information
Mobile information, including phone numbers and opt-in consent data, will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of data sharing described in our Privacy Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We may share aggregated, non-identifying messaging metrics (such as delivery rates) with service providers and carriers solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining, and improving our messaging program.
10. Changes to These SMS Terms
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. We will post the updated version on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued participation in our text messaging program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised SMS Terms.
